We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
* Have all original tags attached
* Be returned in original packaging, including garment bag
* Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
* Be free from makeup, stains, hair, fragrance, or visible damage
We take great care to ensure every Grace Flowers piece reaches you in exceptional condition, and we kindly ask that all returns be handled with the same level of care.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 working days for processing.
Approved returns will be issued as:
* Store credit
or
* Exchange for another size or style, subject to availability
At this time, refunds to the original payment method are only offered for approved faulty or incorrect items as outlined below.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
* Customs duties or taxes on returned items are not covered by Grace Flowers
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by customs processing or courier delays outside our control.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received an item with a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Clear images of the item received
* Clear images of the issue identified
* Original packaging where applicable
All claims are subject to review and approval by the Grace Flowers team.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
* A replacement
* Store credit
or
* A refund to the original payment method
Please note:
* Damage occurring after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect
* Normal variations in color, texture, fit, or handcrafted finishing are not considered faults
* Items showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or handling beyond inspection may not qualify
