Return Standards
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must:

To exchange: Return original and place a new order. Sale items are eligible if they meet return conditions.

Yes. We ship globally via DHL Express. Rates: Lagos Free, Nigeria ₦10k, UK ₦115k, US/World ₦149k. Duties are the customer's responsibility.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached, returned in original packaging, including the garment bag, and free from makeup, stains, hair, or fragrance. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to you.
To initiate a return, email us at info@graceflowers.com with the subject line: Order Number – Return Request. Once your return is approved, repackage the item securely and ship it within the return window. For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 working days for processing. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after processing is complete. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
